Shapes in Photos

The challenge for Friendly-Friday this week is a collaboration between Frank from Beach Walk Reflections and Amanda at Something to Ponder About, it’s all about finding shapes in photos. Looking through my galleries I’ve found a few.

The Indian Ocean through a circular sculpture at Cottesloe Beach
Rectangles and Circles
Triangles and Circles in a waterwheel in Kokonoe, Japan
Arches under Golkonda Fort, Hyderabad
Chowmahalla Palace, Hyderabad

  1. A lovely collection of shots, love the shapes and lines at Chowmahalla Palace. Wishing you a lovely week ahead.

  2. A fun global tour in shapes, Ali. I like the Hyderabad palace – the yellow series of doors within doors, the best.

  3. What wonderful shapes around the world! I am particularly taken by your 2nd Hyderabad image – at the palace – it is so surreal.

P/S What are those lovely glass flowers right at the end of your post?

  4. Love the arches and doorways in Hyderabad. I have to research on this… I don’t even know where that is.

      1. Oh yes I saw the photo with birds flying in the skies….such an awesome place and wonderful architecture. thanks.
