On our last visit to London we visited St. Katherine’s Dock and had a fabulous dinner there. We walked past some fabulous wall art. These panels were commissioned by Taylor Woodrow and painted by Dale Devereux Barker, an extremely talented artist with works throughout the UK.
There were so many more along this section and I could have stood for ages looking at them and touching them! Dear husband was chomping at the bit though so I took as many as I could before he disappearred.

Posted as part of PPAC or will be when the time is right!
Nicely vibrant!

Great artwork Alison. I always like a wander around St. Katerine’s Dock and there are numerous good restaurants there to dine in

So nice to return home with lovely final day memories. Pity you weren’t still here now as it’s so warm I’m eating lunch in the garden!

Nice piece Alison, St. Katherine’s Dock is such a great place for art. The Dickens Inn is down that way, though I have never managed to get in. Next time, Gadget.

Hi Leighton
It’s changed so much over the years. I used to go the the Dickens bar a lot in the 80s and had lunch sitting by the dock most days when I worked in The World Trade Centre

So sorry for the delay, Alison. If I had these beautiful works of art I’d be chomping at the bit to share them. It looks like you had a great time. What a privilege to have a nice dinner and enjoy a treat to some great art at the same time. it doesn’t get better than that!
