A beautiful spring day in Perth, WA

After playing mahjong last week this sculpture caught my eye, I couldn’t work out what it said at first, it took my friend and I several tries! It sits on the beach promenade at City Beach, WA.

What a stunning day! and an eye-catching sculpture! Is it too tall for a selfie? I ask because it reminds me of those images where there is a “I was here” sign along with the Smiling Face!
I think so Ju-Lyn!
haha, what a great sculpture! What a great way to say ‘you are here’ 🙂
Thanks Meg, it is a wonderful sculpture
Such a beautiful beach and the sign caught my attention 😍
It’s a wonderful beach along a long coastline
Thanks for your comments 🙂
I think it’s easier to read in a picture than it would be up close. The h is a little hard to figure out. It is so clever, Ali – a great photo! And here we go! 🙂
Thanks Marsha, I suppose it’s obvious once you know!
Yes, but I imagine coming up on it would be a different experience! 🙂 Again, great photo! 🙂
