~ An Oddly Decorated Tree ~

I came upon this tree during our weekend away in Stratford-upon-Avon and thought it very apt for Becky’s Squareodds and also for Marsha’s Public Art Challenge.

Keeping the winter chills away

  1. I’ve seen a few trees that had been yarn bombed but never such a large one. Even the colourful branch is thicker than the trees and poles I have seen.

  2. What a acool tree, Ali. You can never be anything but on time for PPAC. The reason is that there is no theme, so if it doesn’t come in on time for one post, it makes it for the next. That makes it easy. The only requirement is that it is public art. Easy peasy! 🙂

  3. Such a cool find, Ali. I agree with some that I also saw smaller versions with knitted covering for the trunks…this one is really huge 👍🏼
