Lots of walking today – I think I managed 22,000 steps!

Firstly we walked along the seafront to the Miramar Palace.  A lovely old palace where the Spanish Royalty used to spend their summers.  Its now some kind of school/college and you cannot look inside, sadly.  So just took some shots from the outside.

After this we walked to the top of Mount Urgell.  Well I almost did as it was pretty hardgoing.  Unfortunately lost my dear hubby on the way up, as he did not wait for me.  So I just meandered back down, while he in his wisdom decided to wait for me at the top, and asking people if they had seen a “blond 40 something woman” around.  Hmm, he really needs new glasses.  So took a few pics, amazing views.

Had one more night here indulging again in amazing food and lots of wine before picking up a car the next day for our drive to Ribadasella.
